Alrite i want to know how to or if its even possible to change the face of the speedo as in only the bit which has the numbers on it ill try to explain in the pic

The bit i want changing has two screws in it but im wondering how would you get the needle off as you can see i have tryed this and ended up ripping it off lol

Just get some Lockwood dials, you can slide them on without removing the needles :thumb:

the needles do come off. get a fork and wedge it under the circle in the middle, give it a bit of a wiggle and it'll pop off. thats how they did it 'old school' before they made the new kits.

massive word of warning though..........99.99% chance when you put the needles back on the dials will read wrong lol

i used to have an sr where i had shiny new white dials but only one dial worked properly out of 6!

the reason i want them changing over is this speedo face will not fit in my 6 dial items i will give the fork thing ago and see what happens lol nova dials dont ever read right anywayz

thanks dave.gsi i tryed that fork thing and it worked without damaging anything....but i havent tested them on the road yet lol so fingers crossed lol
