Help me choose a sub lol

Amp is an Infinity Ref 7521A, 1x 278WRMS @ 4Ω.

Sub choice 1:
Infinity Kappa Perfect 10VQ

400WRMS / 1600WPMPO @ 4Ω
87dBA
23-400Hz

Sub choice 2:
Infinity Kappa 100.3SE

275WRMS / 1100WPMPO @ 4Ω
93dBA
20-250Hz

Both are the same price, usually the 10VQ is a bit more expensive than the 100.3SE. The former has a wider frequency range than the latter, but wants more power and lower sensitivity makes me think it may be a bit too much for the amp...

I'm not one for sitting in car parks with my stereo on elephant fart volume, so won't be stressing either sub too hard btw.

10", don't want 12. The 1030 is about £30 on ebay anyway lol

I did consider a JL, I have a 10w3v2 in the Celica and its a good sub, but I can't find another for a suitable price at the mo.

The thread is supposed to be a "which would be better out of these two" as they were both the same price. The Perfect 10 has gone off ebay now so its kinda saved my the dilemma of which to get lol

^ I've got one of those in the Celica. Good sub, wonder what the reserve is though...

Either way, I went cheapo cheapo and bought a 1050W (delivered for £40 from bassjunkies lol), the other two would have been £70 delivered. That should do for the minute, I'll go back and probably replace it with the Perfect 10 in a few months when I have more cash spare.

Novalad fails on four counts

1) this was a choice between the two subs I listed at the start

The thread is supposed to be a "which would be better out of these two"

2) I've already decided which one I want

I'll go back and probably replace it with the Perfect 10 in a few months when I have more cash spare

3) I've already bought one to tide me over for now

Either way, I went cheapo cheapo and bought a 1050W

and 4) I don't want a crap sub, so no JBL, Vibe, Kicker, Toxic, etc

Shush, I want a decent (ish) sub :p

< insert epic fail image here > lol

my choice of the two would be
Sub choice 2:
Infinity Kappa 100.3SE

your amp is alot better suited to this sub, so will sound louder and last longer than the perfect..
