Door glass

What is the best way of taking the glass out of a door and putting it back in, and how long should it take?

i done it in bout an hour but that was fugurin out how to as i went along. open the door and find the two screws at the top of the door above the pillar bit thing(that seperates sliding window from the still one. undo these. wind the window down. remove the inside door card. undo the bolt at the bottom of the pillar u just unscrewed then remove the pillar bit. the bolt is acsessed through a hole in the metal. fiddly but u'll get there. then slide the window about inside the door till it comes out of the cradle and slide out of door. main bit of the window out. may have to remove all the trims and things as u go along i forgot to add that earlier. then remove the rubbers with the small section of window in, with the small window at the same time. hope this helps. sounds complicated but u'll understand as u go along.
