can any one remember if there was ever an RS mondeo, im sure i can remember one, it was the mk1 mondeo shape an i think it has the rs 200 escort engine and 4 wheel drive as well i hope someone can cos ive just had a bet with my mate that they existed an i really dont wanna lose lol,
im sure thyre what kicked off the trend when every one was painting theyre cars citrine yellow

this car is 1 of 211 mondeos built by ford in this colour, it was the nearest to an RS Mondeo that ford produced

i was sure they built an rs model thougt that they were the ones with the 16" alloys same as escort gti ones

I've seen one of these driving around and assumed it was just a mondeo with a body kit and some ****ing ghastly paint.

Which as it turns out thats how it left the factory.

Why anyone would pay that bit extra for one of these is beyond me.

ST Mondeos yes RS no.

Last RS built was the Focus RS.

you could buy the RS spec bumpers and side skirts from ford for your bright yellow log, it also came with a stripped yellow and black interior like zebra stripes .

certinly wakes you up in the morning , we had a grease monkey at ford who had a 4x4 mundano and painted it that colour with all the rs kit on it . still slow ass my nan

Yeah you had a 2.0l 4x4 mondeo.. ive only ever seen them im white.. then the RS in that gay colour, then there was the Paul Radishich (spelling) specials, they got the bumpers that were used for the american markets.
