Spooted in Chilwell, white nova with GSi bumpers, black wheels.
Twice, once in a queue going past the barracks on Wednesday, about 5:30-6pm ish - the bloke in the gay Vectra estate going the opposite way and oogling at the PNG sticker whilst going "ohhhhnoooovaar" was me - and again in Tesco car park today.
Assuming the PNG sticker is recent, I'd assume its someone on here...
