Bottom line - it is kev's baby - the admin team are kev's team chosen to look after his baby, if his baby is seen to be at risk - the "deputised" ones will act out as they see fit.
That's all there is too it really...

Posts come and go all the time... half the time very few epople notice and those who do seldom complain about it.

This argument has gone far enough if you ask me.
Admin are right - they have to be - they are the admin, if they are not right they can just change our posts to make it look like they are anyway :D
