Looks quite nice, but its not that hard to do at all since he just traces over a photograph you send, £25 for an hours work is good work if you can get it.
If you get one ask for the image as PNG rather than JPG, as JPG uses lossy compression - so is lower quality and not as good for changing colours or editing again yourself.

I think I should have a go with knocking up a Nova in Adobe Illustrator later, this thread has reminded me to.
