last few wires

got my 1.6get engine in and running. have wired the ignition live and permenant live, but still have a green wire and a blue wire? were do these wire to on the engine loom? tried a few places and the engine cuts out, haha.

Green is rev counter. Blue is temp gauge sender.

Temp gauge is on the back of the inlet (nipple type thing for a single spade connector)

Green is off the coil IIRC. Someone may correct that.

well ivce tried connecting the green wire up to the old and new coil and still no rev gauge. it worked before the old engine came out. what do they run off?

i allready have a blue wire on the old loom for the temp sender.

It goes to the neg side of the coil.

If your temp gauge is working fine, its ok using the old loom wire.

nope, cant get it working, ran it to the coil and o every other place i could think of aswel. also my engine managment light it on and choke light, what needs doing to switch them off?

Probably one of the sensors isnt working properly or have you been messing around iwth that digi dash you have got?
