View Full Version : my 16v sr passed the MOT today

after being tolled i have to be out my lock up by the end of the month, i thought i best get it ready to sell, after working on it again i dont think i can sell it yet. so got the brakes working and done some other bits and bobs and she passed. so im well happy with that, just got to do some little bits now and tax it next month and it will be back on the road,

I die a little inside when I see SR's that have been resprayed and GSI'd or something, as said above well done on keeping the original looks :)

Too right mate, mk1s had all the original features, seems a shame to facelift them just because they aren't as rotten as most mk2s!

i love the look of the sr, thats how i ended up with it, i see it for sale and had to have it. i think the mk1 sr is old school cool, and to most people dosnt have such a bad "barry boy name". (i hope any way)lol

oh and its good fun with 1.4 sr still on the back lol and it dont have a big back box.
