hi, i have a gray 1.5 diesel (shed) nova. it runs well however is unfit for the road. i plan to break it down and sell parts on ebay. does anyone know what will sell? :)

ebays a minefeild when it comes to parts, stuff may go for pennies (my old nova GTE seast sold for 1p lol) or people may get into a bidding war and pay over the odds

maybe see what interest you get here or other forums first ??

It'll be a 1.5, and the only things worth anything are engine / box, possibly driveshafts. Anything else is just crap base model nova rubbish that wouldnt sell on ebay if gave away money with it.

Its an NA Diesel? Not too much at all I'd have thought.

The Gear box is a WR F13 as far as i mind, and the drives are handy for 2.0 Conversions.

What shape are the Panels in?

the pannels are in ok shape, theres some rust around the doors but other than that its quite tidy. its been modified so it has some plastic side skirts and tinted windows.

Post a photo of each inner CV and we can tell you if they're 22 spline or not, save you taking them apart.

Stick the gearbox on ebay with AUTOGRASS in the title and list the ratios and diff. Even pick up only, you should get plenty of interest.

It doesnt look too bad to be honest mate!! Is it definately beyond repair?

Things like your GSi Front Bumper etc are worth a few quid.

Also, I'll buy the SX Badges off you. Been looking for some for ages!
