I take that goes for any1 here who hasn't done the following?

U wonder y he gets the arse with admin,he askd a valid question an gets that for an answer! :o :o ! then he has his g/f refered to has a cheap crap whore an gets abuse cause hes dyslexic from a couple of ppl who r allowed to insult who they like as well as the car this site is dedicated to for over 2 weeks, well done breeny for lockin the topic but 2 little to late.

I think MC did over react a bit - and MC, I am sure you think you didn't - but you did go a bit over the top.

Although - I can see his point, to a certain extent, why should the admin explain why they deleted a post - that's what they are here for after all.

no fair point they dont have 2 give a reason as u said it is what their here for and in the main they do it very well but i think they fucked up good an proper over this one.

Correct me if im wrong but arnt they supposed to keep an eye on any abusive/offencive posts? after all they did post an anouncement about it a few weeks back.

Which brings me to my point if they r supposed to be keeping novaload abuse free then how the hell can MC justify his post? it wasnt exactly subtle was it,an made his personal opinion about hayzsr crystal clear.

As for the post that got everybodys nose outa joint the first few reply's showed the way that was goin to go with everybody trading insults back an forth until breeny stepped in, but a post on a nova site that slags nova's down to the ground should be deleted straight away not left to run on an on an on :o :o :o :o :o :o :o , guess they were to busy monitorin hayzsr :wink:

But danger has a very fair point as afterall that was the fastest growing post on the site and i have never seen a post have so many replies in such a short time. so just out of intrigue people look at it.

ok ok, i'm afraid i agree with fester on this one, yeh ok summin was done wrongly or harshly or whatever (havent really seen much of it cos consentrate on other area's abit more), but you can whinge and whinge and whinge till blue in the face and just cause more arguements.

Everything has now been said and should be left at that, theres no point going on about it all the time because it will just cause more unnecessary grief.

You may not agree with this at all but its only a judgement from what I have seen not an attack directly at those involved :wink:

I'm gonna try to be as diplomatic as I can. I'm not out to make enemies, but I am here to ensure that Novaload is kept tidy. I don't normally use any of the facilities I have as Admin as I don't want to abuse my power. I have never banned anybody, and I have never deleted a post (I think). Now both of those actions are a simple click and take no time, so your post was either deleted by mistake, or it was so little effort for the administrator in question that he has forgotten about it. As I said before, none of us are scared to admit we did it, why should we be? Maybe if you had us all at gun point then there could be reason for fearing your actions. As you mentioned in your PM, you have only been around for a few months, so do you think you are entitled to start throwing your weight around with the owner/creator of the site, and well established long term members? Most of us admin have known each other personally for a long time and are good friends, we have got to where we are by contributing a great deal to the web site, and it annoys us greatly to see posts that are aggressive, rude, insulting and innacurate (not saying that the post in question was any of these). Kev and us admin spend alot of our time spreading the word of Novaload, out in the real world, and with magazine features, and when we see posts that degrade the nature of the site we will remove them immediately and normally will give a reason for any of our actions. Now my only suggestion for you now, is to accept this explanation (I don't think we will get to the bottom of the deleted post) and lay low for a while, thinking carefully about the content of each and every post you make. I can guarantee that any further aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in a ban.
