splitters on a GTE front bumper

hi has any 1 got any pictures of different splitters that would go on a mk1 GTE front bumper? cheers :)

Only time I've ever seen it look OK is using a SEAT splitter. Notr sure what car it was off. I may have a pic. The fact the GTE bumper isnt flat makes it all the more tricky to make it look good.

DAR has a track inspired splitter made of wood!

hi mate and welcome, i dont have pics of a splitter but tried to fit one to mine not so long back and it just doesnt look right on a sr gte bumper mate,the splitters are more suited to a mk2 gsi as pics show.there wont be many mk1gte/sr front bumpers thats had splitters fitted to them.;).check the "features" section maybe! to be honest havent seen one fitted to a mk1 gte/sr bumper,only corner splitters:thumb:

there used to be a splitter for a gte bumper from Mattig, dont know if the still have it.

cheers for pics and the input - quite like the splitter on the white gte with the seat cordoba splitter

the seat splitters do look good on MK1 bumpers, when you fit it tho id advise heating it slighly so it bends to the contours on the bumper

thanks 4 advice, would i also need 2 cut V shapes in the corners to help it bend? does any 1 have order codes 4 seat splitters? please or seen any hanging off a seat tht needs removin by me lol :thumb:
