webber carb?????

I just bought a sr nova 1.4 1992 and there is some sort of a webber carb on it which keeps overflowing I think it's fooked what should I replace it with?

If it's a 32/34DMTL it don't want replacing, but might want a service kit and rebuild, sounds like the float needle is sticking or the float level is set wrong, might just be too much fuel pressure from the pump though.
