I have brand new skirt clips to use, and the skirts all painted up.

Anyone fitted the clips with just tigerseal on the back of them? Did it hold?

I dont want to drill if i can help it because
A-You cant remove drilled holes easily(incase i dont like the skirted look lol)
B-More chance for rust
C-Tricky getting the holes in the right place

fit the clips to the skirts and use tiger seal

That was the plan
But will it hold? Lol

Trying to think of someway of holding the skirts still for 24hours whilst it dries

a 60mm lowered nova, is a perfect height to use a halfords 400ml spray can, to rest the skirts on, whilst the sealer is setting lol

Well it really isn't hard to get the holes in the right place, even I done it lol . But yeah given your other reasons...

Tigerseal would prob hold.

Or throw Keith Robinson a PM, I think hes gonna use windscreen sealant on his for the Turbo???

G/luck

Using tigerseal will definetley hold the skirts on!! really you dont need to worry about them not sticking! give the sills a good clean and a whipe with some thinners then thoroughly dry them and apply a line of tigerseal to the skirts and slowly line them up and then apply, to keep them in place while it sets just use some strong tape or a few g-clamps, once set it's mega strong stuff so dont worry about them falling off but do worry about getting them back of if you dont like them!
