anyone know how i can fix this? its on my rear card just infront of the ashtray, the materials pulled itself off the card

My B reg's rear quarters did that. Best get another.

1 fix I can think of is drill a small hole through behind it, pump it full of glue, then press the material back in so it oozes the glue back out, find a way to keep it pressed on whilst drying & hope it sticks......
