Exhaust, interior, front end, welding, rear bumper, and whatever else I can squeeze in at the time. Some audio would be nice lol

MOT will probably be the worst bit though!

Exhaust fabrication (now booked for next week), Power steering pipes & pump installation, fit rear seats & quarter panels, few bits of dash & steering wheel, inlet manifold & filter assembly, tracking & coilovers set up, fill engine with fluids etc. First start up, MOT...... must be some more!

4 tyres for the trailer and a tax disc for the Fronty :)

Iv got to sort out the running of the let , then make up a new linkage as its not throwing into first , find out where the 2 leaks are coming from and stop them .

also iv got to cut out the crossmember i made and take out intercooler and refit a new one evo stlye, then remake a new slam panel /crossmember.

get bonnet prepped and painted .

fit my original mk1 bumper on new front end, bolt and weld cage in , change wheels and tyres over , fit rear lowering springs .

debade all the old badges will be gone , smoke tha rear lights and try and fit my manta mirrors with side repetots on .

im guessing im high up on the list. bay needs spraying, engine putting in and connecting up. wheels need spraying along with bumpers and skirts...

Ive got to get it running right, cut my spare lower dash up so it fits round my hand controls, get an ss exhaust made up, hopefully plastic weld a recess into the front bumper to get the plate sit flat/flush, then spray the whole car :thumb:

spray doors, seam weld bay, rebuild 20seh and drop it in, wheel refurb, stone chip inner arches and theres probaly more

weld in some brackets for the bucket seats
finish prepping inside and cage for paint
replace doors with some spares I have - they're de-handled though :(
prep engine bay for paint - just finished de-greasing it all
few spots of surface rust around car - repair
prep exterior for paint
PAINT!
build it all back up
create a dash :)
insure and tax :(
There is more fiddly things that aren't worth putting on this list!

I find taking pictures really helps. It always feels like your not getting anywhere until you look at a before and after pic!

well im off in a mo to start a small block xe conversion in time for pvs. aswell as get the gte mot'd taxed and insured welding done and resprayed aswell as change over everything on the drivers side. and clean off every bit of underseal and put more back on and paint it white ( for both cars )

and do a 1.3 t40 conversion ( sport engine ) on ck's nova :D

Although the shocks are fuggered and I'm getting some new repalcement coilovers but they take about 20 mins to fit.

fit brakes
get new 3spoke tyres
fit 3 spokes
fit rear seat
fit both bumpers
refit exhaust
Welding

Only then will it pass a MOT

Thats without the spray job....

can you pay on the gate at pv? if so how much.

Engine bay is in primer
Engine is mid engine rebuild
Turbo hasnt even been balanced
Still need 4 tyres
1 alloy needs refurbing
Spray entire shell
Bolt down cage
rear disc conversion
Rewire & hide engine loom
Few new panels
Seat rails to purchase
Suspension kit to purchase

EDIT: Aswell as put the car itself back to gether lol lol

EDIT x2: Also need to insure, tax, and MOT it

I've got to strip and paint the whole car, bumper and wheels. then give it a flat and polish and rebuild it.

Get my tyres put onto the rims re tax it and then drive it down to PV

Should be done by 26/27 May Hopefully...

I just filled most of the rear with fibreglass filler, and still need to bodge the exhaust.

If it passes an MOT, it'll be a miracle lol

Drive it home
Remove 'box and sort leak
Remove sump and sort leak
Bolt down the battery box
Change front discs
Fit various bulbs and 'stuff'
Fit rev limiter
Probably should get two new tyres
Fit new steering wheel hub and wheel (So I have a horn for MOT)
MOT it
Get and air filter and new HT leads poss...
Get a heater!
Tempted to build a new dash from scratch, just to make it interesting
Buy, build and fit roof rack (Dont want to scratch the paint inside ;))
Tap out dents
Smooth and spray a GTE bumper and fit
Re-torque everything
Re-underseal
Clean, polish
Fill with fuel, drive to the next petrol station, fill with fuel, drive to the next petrol station, repeat.....

EDIT: ****, this list is getting bigger not smaller! :tard: lol

1, Remove skirts, and fix potential rot underneath them.
2,Replace the rear bumper
3, Get some new subframes and fit the buckets
4, Either carpet or paint the back of the car
4, Change a few bulbs
5, A Fukcing good clean
6, Replace Fuel Pump
7 Replace exhaust (will probably have to wait :( )
8, Get all the elecetics in the boot to work
9, Tidy up a load of shoddy wiring,
10, Change door Cards
11, paint rocker cover and spark plug cover
12, Get a legal number plate
13, Get some show plates
14, Touch up on the wheel arches and wing
15, Respray Wing Mirrors


So better pull my socks up really lol

Touch up rear arches, Stick RJ's bumper and lights in the boot, drive to the pod with a leaky fuel tank, ahh the joys of vectra's.

1)Get car out of lock up and put fuel in vectra.
2)Get car on trailer and put more fuel in vectra.
3)Drive vectra to membury to meet Dar,Lee and Chris and some more fuel in vectra.
4)Drive to pvs and maybe put some more fuel in the vectra.
So the hardest bit is putting lots of fuel in the vectra see you all there.

Sort my locking nearside calliper out, Grr!

Change wiper linkage
Change heater motor (Cheers to Ernie for both of them)
Fit side repeaters
Grind bonet stay to clear engine (before it rubbs the cam cover away lol)


M.O.T

Insure

Tax

DRIVE!

But this all coast money, so it's a good job ive got some work on, but do i have the time to get it done in now??
