300 bodycount is 585, and I'm sure the longest film ever made was something like 14 or 16 hours long...

[edit] Nope, its the rather misappropriately titled "Cure For Insomnia" at 87 hours long! Although thats not a proper "movie" as such; the next closest thing which has a decent plot/script/point to it is the Chinese film "The Burning of The Red Lotus Terminal" at 27 hours long
