What the hell kind of manifold is that? I think it needs wider wheels on the back? May also be worth using a few pop rivets for the wide arches? The tape will be no use down the cruise on a sat night in the rain?
AW06 - Yea its been three years from the last time it was on wheels lol
RJ - Yea im trying to crack on. going to do more after the xe is in the loon
ck - yea were do more soon but the loon first
novacabrio - the exhaust is a ex one used in the cavi touring car this one here

yeah, the manifold and exhaust actualy came off that 1993 btcc car in the pic above...
self tappers will do on the arch for the time being lol, will allow us to remove them as and when we need to so we can cut all the metal out and tub the arches first...
needs finishing lol
looks good mate, manifold is mental!

Haha, you've got David Leslie's manifold... I loved the 90's touring cars, often sit on youtube watching them.
Whats the time span for the project? obviously not a rush after 3 years lol

Is there any room for indicators & rear clusters with those arches?
Looks a mad project. Hope the mirrors & window sticker are memories from the past....
The wide arch kits come in one picec like that for shipping purposes (makes them less brittle), or if you wish to have no headlights (as in some Rallycross spec) or just for modification for an Air intake etc. Ideally they are ment to be cut out for road use.

I will be cutting them up for the lights at a later date. and yea the stickers will be coming off but not the mirrors i really like them. something not everyone has and they are nice and small
