right i have sin this on a lot of nova's now the
expansion tank relocated next to battery and relocated washer jets bottle wat i want to no is how will i do it i must have to run longer pipes for the expansion tank and washer jet bottle so has anyone dun one that can help me out and tell me how to do it i got two picz of a 1.4 nova engine bay witch has had the expansion tank relocated and washer jet bottle relocated

where are you going to reposition the header tank to? it still has to be at the highest point in the cooling system. what about the useage of a Corsa B tank and fitting it to the bulkhead?

wat can fit the expansion tank/washer jets bottle and header tank all up by the battery

a washer bottle can basically be anywhere, but move the expn tank at your peril..... if it airlocks & overheats your engine, it will cost you big...
