Gave the Lex a wash over 2 sesions, last weekend was wash n clay bar, then washed at waxed ttoday.
Also gave the interior a spruce, the 1st time since ive owned it (bought it dec!)
Asked my brother to use his DSLR and fancy lenses.
Im pleased, still swirly but thats to be expected as ive done nothing serious to remove them yet.

Everytime i look at the cavernous rear arch i want to lower it. But then the moment i drive down a speed bump or pothole ridden road i decide to keep it where it is. Its also money better spent on the nova.

lol, they arent as bad as the standard (for the year) chrome ones. Those ones are the later spec 'satin' ones that ive put on. Slightly less chav.

Nice... might try and talk the missus into one of these.

Do you mind me asking the mileage and how much you paid?

Sorry to drag this up but as a few people asked Qs.

Mileage was just under 100k when i bought it, which is 30k over average, but with FSH and the overal condition i wasnt fussed. Also I only paid £3700 which was way under average.

Very nice to drive, but expensive, 24mpg, maybe 28-30 on a long motorway run. Its a heavy car so the 150bhp doesnt feel much at low speeds, but it does have a nice kick at 4.5k (typical of straight 6s). But it pulls well once its going and as its a good shaped car it will sit (very) comfortably at motorway speeds and its suprisingly easy to sit at double the legal limit (on private roads of course). Handles ok for the soft suspension, with traction control off, it drifts nicely ;).
