well,seing as last time you saw my car it was very different to how it is now i thought id post up some new pics i have just taken,opions and suggestions welcome.

Very nice mate i really love the look of that!!!

IMO white alloys would of looked better and not stickers on the back but i still love the look of it!! :thumb:

im still contemplating painting the wheels white but i dont know yet,the whole theme for the car is red and black with the odd shiny bit here and there,ie the engine,hopefully have a nice stainless strut brace and a bailey polished header tank on the way this weeks for the engine,need to pick up some chrome bonnet lifters and figure out what lifters to get for the boot lid as the one on it at the minute is bu99ered,also for pv im hoping to have windows tinted,vaux-gm-opel mudflaps and to be honest ill probably be getting rid of the stickers on the back,may keep the B&M shifter one but im not keen on the dealersport sticker anymore,plus ive got a few other bit and bobs thqat need doing for pv,can anyone recomend me some stiffer shocks for the back? at the minute its got billsteins on the front and Pi springs on the rear but with standard shocks

Quite nice, back end needs to lose the stickers & the wiper arm is worse than the std 'bent wire' effort.

the wheels are 16" team dynamics pro race 1.2's so i wont be changing them in a hurry,i aggree with the stickers the more i think about it.

:confused: the rear wiper is the awfull standard bent wire item,not been changed?

the only thing that is annoying me is that the rear wheels scrub ever so slightly on maximum travel, not catching on the arches after ive rolled them but further up where the inside arch starts to bend over back into the arch.
hopefully some new stiffer dampers will sort this if anyone has got any recomendations? if not it looks like i will have to get some new springs as well
e2a; i need some skirts for pv too but im stuck on what to buy so any links or recomendations now youve all seen the car would be nice :D

Thats not a standard rear wiper. I'm going to be different and say i like the Vaux stickers, not sure about the other though.

As for shocks, if you dont want to go for coilovers, get some spax psx adjustables. I've got the spax rsx coilovers and they're brilliant!!

Car looks really nice! Mudflaps will finish it along with some shiney engine bits :) I wouldn't tint the windows either.

used spax psx adjustable before on my old 106 and i loved them,think they will probably be the ones i will be getting.
need to clean my engine again,its looking worse for wear now its done a few miles since last time i did it.

dont get smaller wheels, thats a daft suggestion!! if it was mine id get gte/gsi skirts n do them gloss black to tie in with the wheels. looks ace otherwise!!:thumb:

id get a new head light. either get white 16's or get the lowist profile tyres you can. and lower the back more. gte/gsi side skirts.

Looks ok, just a few little things to do like colour code the door mirror covers, buy a new towing eye cover and get a new drivers side headlight!!

Red with black looks nice, but then so does red and white :)
