my 1.6 grass root racer

Rite iv got a 1.6 gte engine for my race car and was wondering how to make it faster as i aint havin the injection system on it i was thinkin of usin a 1.8 carb and cam as we cant over bore the 1.6 also a lightened fly wheel?

what do you guys think?

What racing series is it? Can you give us a run down of the basic engine rules?

the only rule is you cant bore over 1600

it basic grass track fwd racing at my local raceway
