oil cooler whats?

whats the best size oil cooler for a c20let lump a 13 row or 16 row cos my mate said a 16 row one would be better as he said if im runing near 300 bhp i was saying a 13 row would be ok hope im right so i thought i would ask you guys before i order it

13 row are aimed at up to 150bhp if for track use, 200bhp for road use, anymore than 150bhp and you would be better with a 16 row.
