Mk4 Astra ones seem to make their way onto most Vauxhalls.

Aye I've noticed that too - All the new Vectra's and Corsa's seem to have them on :)

Mk4 Astra rear flaps are the ones to fit all round on a Nova.

Do they fit on the rear arches with a Mk2 rear bumper fitted?

Yup. They fit nearly all fugging Vauxhalls.

I think the Astra H has moulded mudflaps, similar to the Calibra ones?

so you'd have to buy 2 sets of mk4 astra rear gudflaps and (NOT) A SET of mk4 mudflaps to clear?

Aye mate they are 15's

The suspension is 60mm all round but it hadn't settled in at that point
