thanks for that, i was curious as it looks different to my other engine which is also dizzy. must just be the cap!?

luckily i wont be using that box. i have another one which i know is good. the shafts pretty much fell apart. (hence the cv still in the box)

LMFAO Lee thats a classic, its not a C20XE it doesnt have a mashed up cv hanging out the gearbox. Also does it look different because your other engien has a orange dizzy cap?

A mate of mine thought it was clever to stick a couple of inner CV's back in before removal to stop the oil coming out.

He lunched the hell out of the gearbox casing trying to one out again, then gave up. I just casually pulled up after a panicy phone call, pushed the driveshafts back in, gave them a tug out with the CV's, cleaned my hands, called him an amateur, and left lol

OMG thats so annoying, you spend half the day trying to get them out then your mate just looks at them and they fall out. You end up looking a right tool.
