nova 1.5 td gear box

what gearbox was used with the above engine?

got a muppet saying his does 130mph because hes tweeked the fuel pump and turbo.lol i told him to go get his speedo re-calorbrated.:)

its also aparently better than my gte....:tard: haha.

They didnt do a 1.5TD did they? Just a 1.7TD Cav engine.

with the white ring mod aswell as a few select choice mods and upped boost i wouldnt be at all surprised to see a 1.5td nova do a gsi

my old 1.5td nova van from many moons ago was a rotten shed but would still keep pace with my best mates sri and in some circumstances start to pull away and that was near standard

Agreed. The TD Nova are **** hot and can really really shift. I've seen these in action and they'd shame quite a few other motors. As for the 130mph I'd safely say hes is talking ****e. I dont think the Gear box would go that high, that said if some one checked the top speed of a Cavalier TD, maybe with one of those gear boxes it might see a bit over 110mph. Pure speculation though. Moral of the story, go and race a TD Nova and you'll get a nasty shock.

that one i had the clocks were all spasticated but im fairly sure that it pulled 100 plus
