Solid colour would look better IMO

It looks ace but the only thing is its been done to death. How many other Novas look like it?
No offence to anyone that has their Nova in this format, it looks really well but I'd sooner have mine looking a little different to anyone elses.

How do you actually get such a good colour change on photoshop? i've tried before and it always loses the reflections/highlights or just looks cack lol

There are a few ways. You can go into hue/saturation and turn the lightness down, or change the brightness and contrast, or fiddle with the black, mid and white points in "levels" or if you're really good change the curves.

Thing is Dod... I want it as standard looking as poss to be honst matey. The body work just wants a little tidying up its staying white I could go moo motorsport on its ass with white and black White roof spolier and bonnet. But i just want a nice standard looking Nova.

Im tempted to leave the std wheels on tbh just get it lowered.

Why not just paint the skirts to match the body and bumpers, and leave the wheels as is?

Which reminds me, the saloon - can you remember if its a VW colour or a renault colour? I could have sworn you said it was VW miami blue, but the spare tin of paint you left with me has Renault miami blue on it.

Or am I being gay and they're the same shade lol

I know what you mean mate. I appreciate where you're coming from but why not paint the bumpers grey as RJ has done, put SX Badges or something on it and leave it on the 3 spokes?

Ummmm...

I could even leave it on standard steelies lol, oh dod i hate you as the original idea was clean and totally standard. So your just enforcing that.

But it has to be lowered lol

Standard is nice. Sleeper is Sweet!!

SX Badges, Grey Bumpers and 15" Astra Steels and since its lowered alreay, it'd look mean.
