1.4sr head on 1.2 i

I was wondering if it was possible to fit a 1.4sr head onto a 1.2i engine still using the injection of the 1.2i .
If so are there any mods needed or is it a straight fit.
Also would there be any gains

99% it fitts properly but you will lose power if the head is from an engine c14nz

no the c14nz is a singil point injection it have a squert ports that losse power

You'll loose power as the compression ratio will drop.

the 1.2i and 1.4 i/carb heads are the "same" in that they both ahve crappy square ports etc. But as MC says the 1.4 head will drop the compression ratio, unless you skim the head etc.
