when you type a message, under the Subject line is a row of icons, it goes
[B] [i] [U] [Quote] [code] [List] [List =] [URL]
You want the [IMG] one, press it once and it'll insert
[Img]
then you type in the LINK of your image,
press it again an it'll insert
Which goes at the END of your link.
