Maby they have sent wrongly described stuff before.

Contact the admin they will look into it and check if they have.

Or save them a job and search the forum yourself.

Mainly search the buyer/seller feedback section.

haha the thing with that is that the guy on th forum was sellig it for a friend or something... I searched the sales forum and all he said was that they were in exellent condition and i emailed him to ask more about them but nothing was mentioned about the dent

A bodyshop or tyre fitter might be able to honk that back out.

As said leave feedback in the buyer/seller forum stating the goods were wrongly described, so that no one else gets stung by the seller.

Th outside of the alloys are all spot on they've been powercoated recently so are like new the dent is th only mark on them. Eh i paid 350 for the set with two brand new tyres and the other two are in good shape with loads of tread so canny complain about that

i think id be pretty p!ssed off too mate. but you should be able to sort it pretty easy at least. make sure you let everyone know who the seller was so no-one else gets done though!

Hi mate, i see your from ayrshire. Theres a place in ayr called carrick engineering who could sort that for you. A friend of mine used them and they charged him £20 and it was a good job. You could also try rms in shawfarm industrial estate in prestwick. good luck!

hmm 'selling for a friend' is always a dodgy one. its a bit like saying 'im selling them, but i cant be held responsible for the condition or reliability of the description' bit like 'im selling this car as he doesnt have internet access' ye-right:roll:

theyre clearly NOT in excellent condition, therefor he has lied. HE posted the description so he must take responsibility, if he didnt want his name pulled in to disrepute, he should have checked the alloys personally.
his sale, his blame.

sorry to read about your bad purchase, but i hope you are more careful in future.

perhaps the distance selling regs will help?
