Right guys a few seat questions for you:
1. i took out my front seats and i have completly forgotten how i did it my mind has gone sooooo blank so does anyone know how to fit them?
2. How the funk do you fit universal subframes i have no clue at all any guides or anything?

Well if you've taken the frames out then its and easy bolt on at the front just underneath the carpet flap and a holding at the back.
Go over ur haynes manual go to page 225 and it should be section 29.
But ill write you the steps in the manual if you do not have it..
Front seat - removal and refitting
1 Unbolt and remove the U-shaped clips which secure the tubular crossmember of the seats to the floor (basically the two bolts at the front under the carpet flap)
2 Remove the spring clip from the outer seat slide rail and remove the seat.
3 Refitting is the reverse sequence to removal. Note that the wider the U-shaped clip is fitted to the outside.
