drive shafts for 2.0 8v

got a nova 1.4sr and im putting a 20seh in it. ive bought the kit off chris astley and i get the 22 spline inner joints. will my standard drive shafts fit into these if not what do i need??
if i need different ones does any one have a pair for sale??
