vacuum advance pipe

hi chaps,

ive just fitted twin 40's to my nova 1.4. the only thing is i havnt got anywhere to put the vacuum advance pipe from the dizzy. no holes or nipples in the manifold or on the carbs? now everytime i brake its wanting to stall?? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

Turn the idle up slightly.
Just leave the vac advance pipe open

ok, but at the moment im having to run it with the wrong jets in so its idle is allready v.high to stop it form cutting out? surely i wont be getting any extra advance when on open throttle? by the way cheers for replying first again

The vac advance dows f all really. The real advance comes from the weights in the dizzy.

Most people do not use the vac advance, I would look elsewhere for the fault.
