i am going to spary my bumpers and the bottom have of my nova black does any one have any advice for me who has done painting before also what prep to do thanks dan:)

use grey scotch brite pads to key up the bumper and then use plastic degreaser to get rid of any crap lying around.

if you are spraying with rattle cans from halfords..
just buy back to black and get spraying

if your spraying them properly with gun..
spray 2 coats of ready for use plastic primer, this softens the plastic ready for paint
3 coats of hight build primer
and then apply your colour and lacqure
