hi guys just wondering how to get pics up on here without using photo bucket?lots of you do it but how?

most people do use photobucket tbh

your photos have to be stored somewhere online and then you can link from that page to this one to show your photo.

you can't link direct from your computer, they have to be online somewere. most people use photobucket but there are others like imageshack etc

ive set up an account on photo bucket just tryin to transfer them to here?!but not working

cool, your half way there then.

after uploading your photos on photobucket, have a look for the picture you want. underneath it'll have 4 boxes: IMG code, HTML, Direct link and something else i cant remember!

the one you want is the 'direct link'...double click the bit next to it starting 'http:' . this will then copy the link to your clipboard. (double left click btw)

then go back to here and open the new post/ reply to post window.

write whatever jibberish you want to write and then when you want your picture putting in, click on the little postcard type icon, this brings up a new box, right click your mouse in it then click paste. click ok and voila......one picture finished.

it sounds quite long to explain but when you get the hang of it you'll do it in seconds!!

When you have uploaded your pic to photobucket, click into the lower box:

A small yellow popup will appear saying "copied". Go to your PNG post and on the keyboard press [ctrl]+[v]. The link will automatically be pasted into your post.
