ive got a nasty noise and vibration from the front end when i drive above 20 mph and it gets louder the faster i go, origionally was thought to be a wheel bearing as the sound/vibration stops when i turn hard left. a few reccomended i change the ns bearing, ive replaced the bearing and no luck.
had the car up on axle stands with it running thru the gears for a further look and im fairly sure its coming from the back side of the gearbox, maybe some part of it inbetween where the driveshafts plug in, anybody else had this problem before ? seems so weird it stops when i turn hard left, had a spare set of driveshafts kicking about which i changed a fair while back to see what would happen, but no difference so it cant be the inner c.v's. its been like this since the end of december and has gotten worse and worse, sounds like whatever it is.. is close to death. im out of idea's, any help much appreciated, thanks.
