New Dash

Hi all again, I am have got my hands on a new sr dash (as in the dials) as the original dash on mine is a flair one (as gay as it sounds) which is white but has no rev counter and no battery and no oil gauge, i have taken the dash out and had a look and there doesnt seem that many wires to change over but would all the dials work if i simply plugged in the sr dash or would things need to b connected into the engine? Thanks lads

Think the loom is the same, so should just work.

Careful putting the speedo cable back in, easier to put the clocks back and crimp it over and stop it working.

Ok then so all the dials should work then thats cool thanks mate! Ill tell u how i get on

You may have some work to do at the engine end though if yours doesnt have the same sensors.

right as im on a warning i cant be my cocky self,
shame my jokes r gd........sometimes
right boys girls and myself heheheheheh(yes i have bee drinkin)
if you car didnt have a rev counter before IT WILL NOT PLUG IN AND WORK.
basical if you can see the plug then try n see if its been tucked down the loom some where,it should be there.
if not run wires from the coil round fire wall tho holes behind dash and plug into clocks.
easy as abc but then again it took my 7 yrs to learn that
