Mk 1 to Mk2 conversion

I went to put the mk2 headlights in the mark 1 shell and noticed that the bottom mounting points are different. Is there a different bottom piece that the bottom of the headlight slots onto. ( u know the little plastic bits that can sometimes be an arse when trying to put the lights back on)

not sure but i imagine there is a different bottom piece considerin the grill goes under mk2 headlights and not mk1's???

right mate jus take em both out n put one in the right place
