if you mean change the mirrors, tailgate, bumpers, spoiler and grill well the bits are in painshop to make it standard as possible. it also now has astra alloys.

M3s are the mirrors, so yes. And yea, the tailgates aren't supposed to be dead smooth. Some people like it, fair enough, I think it looks bland without the recess.
