Minimising loom

Hi there,

I've stripped loads of interior out of my XE'd 1.2 and was just wondering if I can just cut and insulate all the unneccesary plugs and wires?

yes mate, should be fine, do them 1 wire at a time, or disconnect the battery so you don't blow fuses!!

Best form of insulation? I was thinking of cutting them close to the original loom then folding the ends and taping it to the original loom.....you thnk this will be ok?
