2ltr 8v Turbo Help

Just bought this off ebay, the more i look the more i think something dont look right
is this ok for my 2 ltr nova

Why, what dont look right about it?

i dont know cant work it out, i took one of an rs and i know its a diff car but the actuator was on top not underneath and it just looked as if everything that was on the top half of that is on the bottom half of this

Its normal on turbo'd cars for the exhaust housing to be arranged at different angles to suit the clearance issues on that particular vehicle.
