nova rescue rebuild

got my new nova yesterday, its a 1.2spi in white, allready got the engine out and started prepping to weld up the cancer it has. this car was sat in my mates drive for about a year, i have been pinching parts off it ever since, but wanted a project so rescued it. car came with a 1.6gte eingine in the boot in pieces so needs to be rebuilt and installed. pics to follow shortly of progress. :confused:

nice to see another nova being rescued, just about to start my own 'back from the brink' rescue build!

still rying to keep updating althgpough still no pics. got the cylinder head back yesterday from being skimmed, rebuilt al the inlet manifold toady. new gasket set, sump gaskets and headbolts arrived today. lots of time spent wire brushing and primering.

still waiting for the welding to be done before front end can be sprayed.

Gra you shouldnt off sold yours to me for £50 quid, at least i have given it a new heart lol hows the project going? you sorted all the rust?
