Do they exist? If so, where, cos my googling talent is letting me down if they do! lol

Buy some 3mm ones and make them thinner.
Easier if you know anyone with a lathe/flat belt sander.

1mm spacers are quite hard to get. Even to machine some larger ones down in a lathe would be a misson! As the Lathes chuck would only be able to grapple 1mm maximum to hold it!!

May have to resort to 1mm thick washers on all 16 wheel bolts or something?

EDIT: Acutally, you could machine some 3mm ones down using a surface grinder with an electro magnetic work surface :thumb: any GOOD engineer machine shop should have one.

The work bench has an electro magnetic "table" that goes up, down, side to side, the grinding wheel sits in situ whilst you set the parameters of the table and press "go"

go to your local engineering shop & get them to cut some out of some sheet metal.

Aye, just give them one wheel and they should be able to work from the Dimensions of that.

You'll struggle to find some as thin as that, i've got some 1.5mm (i think) on the front of mine, i got a mate to plasma cut me some where he used to work, can't see them being too expensive.
Mine ended up ever so slightly warped due to the heat of the cutter, but with them being so thin they just got pulled flat, never had any probs.

I will bring my hammer and move the inner arch in lol.

Is 1mm really going to make that much difference? I'd have thought the tyres would flex more than that

You wont get any tyre flex the the top of the tyre :)

Its literally just touching, its not stopping the wheel from spinning, but its enough to make the feckers melt lol I might try 2mm to be on the safe side, but as I said, im into the red as far as arch clearence goes lol
