cig lighter?

far as I can remember its just a ignition live (black) and earth ( brown)

I just nicked the wires off the clock, made sense really as the clock doesnt work! lol

mine doesnt even hav 1, can they be fitted? i hav a blanking plate where it is suposed to be but does the mean it was never suposed to have 1 in the first place? lol idk

I fitted one to mine, if you remove the facia with the vents you might have the loom there ready, mine did.

do what i did, get a lighter for a nova, wrap a few layers of gaffa tape round it, and whack it in the hole with a hemmer, easy peasy :thumb:

for looks? lol if someone did that and then expected it to work i would die of laughing!

And is it a mk1 or 2, if im correct the mk2s have the wiring already there no matter what spec

stick a clipper in the centre console.. save u alot of hassles and will do a better job.

i needed a cig lighter in my xe track nova, and it has no dash... so went to asda for a shop earlier and saw a 3 way cig lighter with a stretchy cabe and a plug on the end. chopped the plug off and wire dit into the stereo wiring (as i dont aheva stereo) and put an inline fuse to be sure!

works great! can charge the phone and run the sat nav, jobs a goody! :)
