Who has put a digi dash in a mk1?

How do you do it? do you butcher the digi dash to make it fit into the gte clock surround or do I chop my dash to bits to get it to fit? helplol

Speak to peester on here, he's modifying the dash to make the clocks fit, its a pain but it can be done.

You have to completely butcher the clock surround on the dash board.

^^ yeah, as mentioned.. some modification to the mk1 dash instrument binacle. I have used an astra mk2 gte dash surround to get a good fit.
Dremel off about 1-1.5 inches of the back part of the mk1 nova instrument binacle.
Then just fibre glassed the astra mk2 gte surround part on in place of the removed nova mk1 piece..
