any help really, its my first real go at body work so need some help please!

Its best to take off the wings & fr bumper. With an angle grinder & cold chisel, go at the welds & remove the fr panel at all places its spotwelded & wedged in.

When putting on a new one, be sure to use the extra holes & dimples pressed into the slam panel to reference & align the panel so you get good panel fit around the grille & lights etc. Measure to the centre of the top mounts (triangulate etc).

Spot weld it back in. Then plenty of seam sealer or primer.

I'd say your best to drill out all the spot welds, then the whole thing 'should' pull off, you can then spot weld most of it back on from the back side thru the holes that were drilled.
