Fiat Uno Formula 45, 903cc of pure fury :D I never wanted a Nova, I always saw them as crap boy racer cars. lol

my first car.ended up smashing it up(2 week after fitting my bilstein cup dampers!:roll: )i had so many plans for it:( at the time of smashing it up i had near enough saved up for the throttle body kit that i wanted:mad: but meh if i hadnt of smashed it up i wouldnt of had the nova i have now:D

got this baby when i was 16 just before i turned 17 and learnt to drive in it, 1.2 diamond electric windows and sunroof as standard. loved this car its nickname was flash beacuse it was so fastlollollol

the only pic i have on the computer, bought it at 14, 100 quid to buy, still have it today!! and its still offroad!! nearly finished, cost me thousands so far, full new front quater, rear quater, pair of doors, several sets of glass, 2 interiors, 2 MOTs, pair of new wings, full new wheel arches, driverside floor, new second hand alloys, (nova gte) bodykit that doesnt fit, (from a mk 1) new engine, to go in when i get it VIC tested, and other site i cant be bothered to list!! if thats not dedication, i dont know what is!!

My first car was a 280bhp+ R5 GTT at 17, cost me ?3800 TPFT lol lol sadly i have no pictures of it. It kinda met its deaths after 8 weeks :D then a 205 GTi which lasted a few months and then this factory fresh, K reg minter for ?1400 IIRC

By the time i was 18, id had a R5 GTT, 205 1.6 GTi, Saxo VTR, Nova SR, Nova SRi 1.6, Yaris 1.3 VVTi and a 205 1.1. Also gained 3 points and several hundred pound in various fines. Wrote of the VTR, Red SR got nicked, sold the black 1.6, R5 exploded, GTi's engine seized, wrote of the Yaris and killed the 1.1 lol

I didnt take any pics of my first few cars so heres a basic rundown lol.

First car was a corsa B 1.2 Spi. Ive hated corsa's ever since. I blew it up by snapping the camshaft clean in half (oil light? what oil light? lol)

Then I had a cav mk 3 1.8. Blew it up.

Transplanted a 2.0 NE lump into it (didnt know much back then lol) Blew the headgasket, but kept driving it until it blew up.

Then I had a 1.4SR. One of the bolts holding the KnN on the carb fell into the engine, blowing it up.

Found a love of VW's. Bought a Jetta GTi. Blew it up. Rebuilt the engine with various TSR goodies. Sold it (to this day i ask myself WHY!!!)

Bought a Vento GL. Cammed it. Started making funny noises, so I sold it before it blew up :)

Bought a Sierra XR4x4 2.9 V6 (i still think everyone should own one at least once in their life) Tried to blow it up, but failed miserably.

Bought a MK1 Golf GTi cabriolet. To this day the best car ive ever owned. Loved it so much, I sold it before I blew it up.

Bought a BMW 316. Tried blowing it up, crashed it a few times, drove it up a stream, but scrapped it as it beat me hands down!

Bought the Blue Nova. Back to form now as i blew it up on Interpro's rollers. Rebuilt the engine, and then transplanted it into..

My current Green Nova, in which the engine blew up again.

Blew another engine up in the green one.

Hopeing green one doesnt eat another engine!

the only piccie i got of my first, 993cc 2 door loon with brown and beige interior, didnt even have a model code, just 'nova', met with a hedge on a damp road...rebuilt a couple of days later with a dark blue sr front end with snowplough bumper (before i knew anything about nova's, but this baby got me hooked) and drove it round two tone for another 4 months.

1st car that was in my name was a 1.3 sr in red, its nickname was reddy, it cost me more than the moon. But it rotted out and i sold it to a mate how fixed it up and sold it, i saw it with new sils and a new paint job on ebay about 2months ago.

2nd was a mk3 cav sri. loved this car to bits. sold it a year later then bought it back like an idiot 18months later and it was rotten lol broke for spares

god those pictures bring back memories! quite possibly the worst inner wings i've ever seen on a nova, when i scrapped it a year later it had at least an inch gap between the inner wings and the strut tops lol
