fuel pump problems

Can anyone help!!

I am restoring a 93' sri to its full former glory and keeping it basic. I have got the engine running after standing for a period of nearly 4 years in a garage, however i am having problems with the fuel pump. Basically its dead. I have tried fuses etc but there seems to be no power to it.
I have run a power cable from the ignition to it and it works so i know its not the pump that is a problem.
The only thing i can think of is that the fuel pump relay is knackered.
Does anybody agree with this as i can't think of anything else

Change it & see. An online diagnosis from people 200 miles away is no use, however a faulty pump relay is a great suggestion for the fault.
