View Full Version : New bumper for the saloon

As some of you might know im going to do a sport rep saloon :D. So ive managed to get the bumper for it

so now just have to tidy it up and spray it along with the back bumper and put it on. But will do a project page on it soon as ive just got a c16xe corsa gsi engine for it.

and will be getting vinal made up so it will look like this

did you know that back in the early to mid eighties when GM ran the astra/nova challenge (rallies & races), the saloons were considered to be a good option due to better balance & shell rigidity?

:confused: really i thought they just used the hatch to race with?

the sport was used to great success in production saloon racing, until the suzuki swift came along, but the challenge was just ran for astra & nova 1.3's with limited mods. the astras usually won the races but the novas always won the rallies
