about 105 if the engine is virtually new , maybee still less then the 100 if the engine is a bit shagged

entirely depends on what cam you fit..........

Remap depends upon what ECU you have, as the Bosch ECU equipped GSi/GTE is the only 1.6 that can be chipped/mapped as the Seimens unit is a sealed unit.

Regarding cam, a safe bet of +8bhp ATF IMHO for the likes of an average 270deg cam.
